Town Tree Lighting

We went to the Sturbridge town Tree lighting and saw Santa!  Adam told Santa he wanted Hot Wheels for Christmas.  Colin didn't say anything, but we know that he is just happy with any toy (any toy that Adam gets that is).

Thanksgiving

At Thanksgiving, Grandma showed us how to make some yummy Thanksgiving candy (pilgrim hats and turkeys)

Colin made his own turkey for Thanksgiving.  Here is his recipe:
1) buy turkey at Walmart
2) Daddy cooks in oven
3) oven temp = fat

Halloween...sort of!

Due to the Oct snow storm that we had in Oct (and a week with out power), we didn't have an official Trick or Treat in Sturbridge.  But what the town did was a 'Trunk or Treat' in which people were able to drive their car to the town common, pop their trunk (which would be filled with candy) and the kids could then go from trunk to trunk getting the much anticipated candy.

And, the boys decided to dress up as a knight in shining armor and a dragon.  Pops had also planned to participate too, as he was to be the 'damsel in distress', but I don't seem to have those pics.  Hmmmm...probably a good thing for Pops! :)
