Visit to the OSV

The four of us went to Old Sturbridge Villiage on Saturday since the sun decided to come out for the day. Adam had a great time and Colin slept the whole time. It is nice that we have this so close to our house, and being Sturbridge residents we get in for free!

first trip to the ER

Yep, Colin had his first trip to the ER before his 2 week birthday. It wasn't until Adam was over 5 months old that he had his first visit. Colin had to go in for a "toe hair tourniquet"...this is when a hair becomes wrapped around a toe so tightly that it starts to cut off the circulation...click here for more info. They ended up using Nair to dissolve the hair, and Colin is doing fine.

He also had his 2 week doctor appointment and weighed in at 10lbs, 4 ozs and 21.75 inches long.

Welcome Colin Matthew!

We are happy to announce the arrival of Colin Matthew! He was born 6/2/09 at 10:56pm, weighing in at 8 lbs 9 ozs, 21 & 1/2 inches long. Baby and mommy are back from the hospital and are doing well.
