Food for fathers day

I know this post is a bit late in posting, but I still wanted to share our Father's day pictures. Rather the food that was for father's day. On Saturday evening (before Father's day) Adam insisted (really insisted) he make dinner for Matt. I let his creativity go and this is what he came up with:
If you can't tell, that is an apple, covered with chocolate sauce, covered with cheese, surrounded by noodles and carrots and chicken. Daddy didn't eat it, but Adam decided he would.

On Father's day Matt wanted to have some ribs for dinner. Matt enjoyed them....and so did Colin and his 6 teeth (at the time, now he has 7 going on 8).

Party!

We had fun last weekend at Colin's B-day party! Happy Birthday Colin!

One is fun!

Colin turned one last week! Hooray big boy! Even though his official Birthday party isn't until this weekend, we did have some pre-party cake to celebrate.

We also had a nice visit with Great-Grandma Ginny too! And for those of you interested in Colin's Stats from his 1yr dr appointment:

Weight = 26 lbs, 11oz (92nd percentile)
Height = 32" (96th percentile)

Memorial day at the Hudson's house

This weekend we were able to head up to the Hudson's house for their annual Memorial day party. The boys had lots of fun playing in the sprinkler outside...

...and had lots of fun when the games began. He teamed up with pal Samuel for the three legged race:

Although, once they started they lost their tie...

...but Adam kept on going (hey, it a team race Adam!) :)

He also participated in the wheelbarrow race (notice anything missing in this picture?) Adam decided that he could go alone with this race too.

Luckily Taylor jumped in to pick up the slack (and Adam's legs).

There was also a stilt race.

And Adam's highlight was playing with the parachute.

And you can't forget the cheering squad! :)
